Our Story
Passed down a needle at a time
I learned to sew at my grandmother's side, and that's still where every Sam & Maddie piece starts — one seam, pressed and pieced by hand, no shortcuts. Now I'm teaching my own daughters the same way, on the same machine, in the same small studio.

How It's Made
From bolt to bag, by hand
Cut & Piece
100% cotton fabrics are washed, cut, and pieced to pattern before a single seam is sewn.
Quilt & Sew
Batting is layered and quilted, then every bag is assembled on the machine seam by seam.
Finish by Hand
Zippers, magnets, and linings are set and pressed before each piece gets a final check.
